Jesus Jimenez is the Founder and President of JSJ Construction. He began his career at the age of 18, gaining hands-on experience as a field worker. Through dedication, continuous learning, and strong leadership, he advanced to the role of foreman, where he served for many years overseeing crews and managing job site operations.

In addition to his leadership in construction, Mr. Jimenez is committed to workforce safety and education. He serves as a trainer for OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Flagger certification courses. As an OSHA 500–certified instructor, he is especially attuned to the unique challenges workers may face in accessing and understanding safety training, and he actively works to promote clear, effective safety education within the industry.
